Insurance and Liability Release
It is important that all passengers contract personal travel insurance in order to be covered in case of accident, sickness, flight cancellation, evacuation etc…

We do require all passengers to sign a strict and comprehensive liability release and scuba divers to sign an additional declaration of good physical condition.

Extra Price Information - our prices include:
* COLLABORATION WITH REEFS PROTECTION and HELPING LOCAL COMMUNITIES.
Every time you cruise with us, we will donate 5 Euros/day to be used in activities oriented to preserve the reefs and teach local communities to find alternative ways of living.
* Same number of nights as number of days in the cruise: you disembark in the morning of the last published date. Good saving in hotels!
* All transfers to/from airport or hotel in the town of embarkation/disembarkation are also included.
* Full Board on board, Tea, Coffee, Snacks and 1 Soft Drink at lunch and Dinner.
* An average of 3 dives per day, all in day time or two day dives and
1 night dive unless weather conditions or long sailing distance do not permit it. First and Last Cruise days are excluded due to safety reasons and flight schedules. These dates we will dive accordingly.
Land Excursions when clearly specified in the cruise planning.
* All Entrance Fees to Natural Parks.
* Diving tanks and weights for divers and snorkelling gear for non-divers

Changes

Balikomododiving reserves the option to make changes at any time before the time of booking confirmation. Any consequences will be communicated with the prospective guests. These may include increases in price due to changes in fuel costs, Government taxes, Harbor fees, and Park entrance fees amongst others.

Changes that may occur after the booking confirmation may include changes in departure dates due to unexpected changes in domestic flight schedules. They may also include changes to itineraries due to unexpected natural events or political unrest. The team of Balikomododiving will make all effort to communicate these issues fully and to provide acceptable comfortable alternatives in full consultation with the guests.

When a guest wants to leave the trip before its completion, The Balikomododiving is not liable for refunds, but will make every effort to facilitate return travel of the guest. We recommend for all guests to prepare sufficient insurance for emergencies.
